General information
The competition is addressed to professionals and non-professionals who will see in it:
- the possibility of conceptual and intuitive (inductive) reasoning in relation to those fields of science that are considered (individually or in groups) necessary to develop such an innovative unit.
The materials posted on the website www.astrotectonic.prv.pl can be used as help in formulating issues and tasks that will determine the directions of activities (virtual start-up), leading to the goal for which the start-up „ASTROTECTONIC” was founded.
2. the opportunity to confront the vision of the start-up operation developed in this way with the indications of the founders of „ASTROTECTONIC” (basic 10 issues and 9 tasks, assigned to duos, trams or a quartet of founders, having specified predispositions and qualifications)
3. opportunity (we encourage this approach when considering purposefulness participation in the competition) of participation (not only remotely) in implementation tasks standing before the start-up as the convergence of the submitted vision with the foundations accepted by the founders.
We also invite you to do so if you consider additional information as allowing you to accelerate the accomplishment of the start-up goals in a significant way.
We offer these people equal membership in start_up „ASTROTECTONIC” or an association (ngo) that also promotes goals of the international project CREDO.SCIENCE.
4. the possibility of long-term cooperation on the basis of issues that CREDO.SCIENCE project brings and may carry, of which in small part is being able to measure up with the implementation of the idea contained in „ASTROTECTONIC”. CREDO.SCIENCE is an open project for many groups of enthusiasts, professionals and amateurs, who with their creativity and innovative ideas would like to be included in civic current that’s also creating science.
Application form for the competition, dates and content of the application.
- Material submitted to the competition is sent in an electronic version to the e-mail address: astrotectonic@wp.pl until December 31, 2014 with a note „CONTEST” in the title of the application
2. By the end of April 2020, each individual or group applicant will receive in this way the answer from the competition organizers the course of the material and opportunities for cooperation. The organizers of the competition are the founders of the start-up „ASTROTECTONIC” Poland.
3. The minimum information content of the application shall be:
a / tabular definition of: name, characteristics, predisposition, formal and informal preparation for conducting and implementing specific to this person issues and tasks, both individually and in teams comprising of people indicated in graphics A and B,
b / Precise determination of 10 issues and virtual assignment to these teams with the possibility of explanation and justification,
c / Precise determination of 9 tasks, through the implementation of which the virtual start-up founders can without collision cooperate in the accepted areas leading to the goal for which this innovative unit was created. There is a possibility of their explanation and justification.
4. Confronting the materials provided for the contest for the virtual start-up with its prototype, it will be the basis for the fulfillment of obligations the organizers mentioned in point 2.
5. In the case of the need to expand the above-mentioned scope of information, any additional elements that the contest participant may consider as significant to bringing about the desired start-up effect, should be clearly distinguished, placing them below the issues arising from the content of the third point.
6. The language of communication and written materials is English. In justified cases (lack of correctness in the translation of national language to English), correspondence and exchanges are allowed in other languages after prior arrangement with the organizers of the competition.
7. Authors of materials with innovative features retain their copyrights.
However, the condition for undertaking cooperation is the cession of part these rights for the „ASTROTECTONIC” start-up. Poland.
Final remarks
- Multimedia means of today allow wide reach of information even to environments that have not participated so far in the processes of developing of science by non-professionals. Therefore, we encourage to forwarding this proposal that falls within the CREDO.SCIENCE project regardless of your interest in participating in the competition or cooperation with the start-up „ASTROTECTONIC.”
2. Such scattered activities require centers of creation, innovation and inspiration to be present in the Teams of Hunters of Space Particles as a matter of course. They determine, among other things, access to compacted information from the area, thanks to which there is also intended the development of the new category of earthquake precursors. In the title of correspondence, please
write „Creation Center„. If there are conditions for such centers, then please share this information with us. Thanks to that it will be possible to interest entities that have signed the Memorandum of Understanding and constituted CREDO.SCIENCE. - The pace of development of the activity of bottom-up support activities indicating above units, also depends on financial and material resources collected in Local Civic Science Funds (LOFN).
Therefore, if there are environmental conditions for acquiring, investing and support of the activities that guide the organizers and the whole Gathering of the Members of the Founders of CREDO.SCIENCE, we also ask for information – proposal, independent of the competition. In the title of correspondence, please write „LOFN„.
The signer under the Memorandum (23 units from 11 countries) probably does not
they underestimate this bottom up initiative.
4. An integral part of the regulations are graphics A and B containing information useful for
preparation of the material for the competition and their explanation.

Assumptions:
1. Graphics A and B – which is an enlargement of the fragment concerning the start-up of graphics
A, give a limited form of the full representation; the complexity of mutual interactions leading to achieving the start-up goal.
2. The fields of mutual – common activity from the A graphic, determine the basic – essential issues for the functioning and development of start-up accepted for implementation within the joint and individual activity of the founding members.
3. The pattern of overlapping fields of activity (graphic B) indicates diversity but also the complementarity of professionalism and capacity of a given unit in the personal composition of the of the start-up founders in the work on particular issues.
4. Nodes of cooperation – these are the tasks carried out by the founding members that state the main topics of these issues.
Brief description:
Both graphics are to emphasize relevance – the necessity to define, accept and implement a number of basic issues by the start-up founders.
On their basis, consequential and secondary issues will have a solid base of reference and fixation in relation to the purpose for which the start-up was established.Issues and tasks accepted for implementation in the basic number indicated in the table (graphic A), result from the individual qualifications and broader activity of the founders (what should the virtual founders have according to the participating in the competition),
related to the CREDO.SCIENCE project values and the importance of the Teams of Hunters of Space Particles’ presence for science – creating a new information channel about these particles and their impact on the environment and the transfer of solutions to the economy.

The above 10 issues accepted for implementation – interrelated, is aimed at achieving the start-up goal. Those are unchangeable determinants, from the beginning of its operations to stable in its dynamic development innovative unit which is „ASTROTECTONIC”.
In parallel with the developed 10-issues (as above), the presence of adopted to implementation of the „nodes” of these issues (graphic B) in the minimum (resulting from accepted assumptions) of number 9, points to the articulation and placement of specific tasks (with its content and personal relationships) in the scheme of internal links of the start-up „ASTROTECTONIC” and its surroundings.
